Yes. Depending on your subscription tier, we take a commission ranging from 12% to 22% to cover secure payment processing and platform infrastructure.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Workspace. Upgrades are prorated immediately.
How does the AI matching work?
You upload your raw race photos. Our engine scans them instantly, reading bib numbers and analyzing faces. Runners can then search the gallery easily.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
We will never delete your photos. We will simply send you an email notifying you that it's time to upgrade your plan or clear out older events.
